Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in stakeholder management, risk management, reporting, escalation management, Agile project management, technical program management, and working with cross-functional teams.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across various functions and sites, especially in situations with little authority and considerable ambiguity.

In this role, you'll help develop applications and infrastructure that directly impact growth of Google Cloud and drive the success of our customers. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of the product. You'll define/manage programs, and solve problems that target high business impact for many products at GCP.
Responsibilities
- Drive programs by breaking down into trackable projects with well-defined owners, milestones, and deliverables. Set up project charters and work plans.
- Work across a number of teams from engineering, product, legal, support, and external suppliers to manage ongoing deliverables/product launches.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep the team focused and organized to deliver on time. Identify early risks and corresponding mitigation plans, and put into motion the solutions.
- Identify, establish, and improve processes to increase team efficiency and execution across sprinting, backlog grooming, launch management, supportability reviews, etc.
- Manage dependencies across work streams, functions, suppliers, and organizations. Communicate progress, risks, and plans to leadership on a regular basis. Handle vendor onboarding and ensure their compliance to Google's policies and standards.
