Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with research protocols and safety regulations in a lab setting.
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning including aggregating supply/demand and other functions that help plan sourcing, production, and delivery requirements.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams in an industry lab (e.g., hardware research facility or semiconductor fabrication).
- Experience with electronic, RF, semiconductor, or cryogenic materials and properties.
- Experience with CAD software, using databases for traceability and configuration management.
- Experience with Product Life-cycle Management and Materials Execution Systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Manage hardware component and fabrication supply chain, demand forecasting, and inventory management in an industrial mechanical engineering, low-volume manufacturing, prototyping environment.
- Manage qualification of new vendors and processes and continuous monitoring of ongoing operations.
- Contribute to Product Life-cycle Management and configuration management of cryogenic hardware.
- Oversee and provide day-to-day direction to extended team members for inventory management and lab operations.
