As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will work directly with Google's most strategic public sector customers on large multi-year transformational engagements underpinned by Google's Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive value for those customers. You will provide delivery management, consulting, and technical vision to customer engagements while working with Google's cross-functional executives and key technical leaders to oversee the planning and deployment of solutions via Google Cloud Platform. You will establish and lead a strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Drive large and complex cloud transformation program(s) for a DoD customer. Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship to improve efficiency and create delivery impact.
  
• Manage communication of progress/status to client executives, GPS leadership and within the core team.
  
• Lead a governance structure that drives effective executive decision-making.
  
• Track, manage, and drive cybersecurity functions for the large program with excellent understanding Risk Control frameworks.
• Collaborate across teams internally and externally to identify GCP solutions focused on delivering security outcomes. Ensure timely completion of key milestones and resolution of issues.
