Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience managing software development programs for browsers or mobile applications.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with mobile feature development processes.

As Technical Program Managers within the Chrome Browser team, you will provide program management partnership cross-functionally. You will lead, organize, and manage projects and programs, in collaboration with Development, Product, and User Experience leads, that drive business outcomes, while proactively developing systems to drive future optimizations.Chrome is dedicated to building a better, more open web. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, product managers, and UX designers/researchers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch, including planning, tracking progress, identifying and resolving issues, and managing dependencies.
• Design and roll-out processes and tools to increase the velocity of development teams, and the quality of product launches.
• Provide program management leadership for the portfolio of priorities and establish effective partnerships cross-functionally.
• Deliver continuous and transparency to keep core team members aligned, and stakeholders informed.
• Leverage an understanding of mobile feature development to identify and build new operational improvements and processes.
