Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- PE License, RAa License, Chartered Engineer License or equivalent
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in managing data center design.
- Experience in product development.
- Ability to manage changing priorities to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, optioneering, resource organization, task prioritization, planning, scheduling and achieving objectives on schedule to the quality and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full life-cycle of programs which reach the immediate team.
- Lead and manage program activities that drive business outcomes while developing systems to identify improvements and drive future optimizations including change management and performance metrics.
- Define and address undefined cross-functional issues, utilizing existing protocols including program management methodologies to monitor and manage programs and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate decision-making skills and adjust programs while navigating changing circumstances across multiple functional areas.
- Understand and manage the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders.
