Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in project management.
- Experience with managing implementations/engagements for IWMS (e.g. Tririga, SAP, Peoplesoft, Manhattan, Archibus, FM Systems)
- Experience in vendor management.
- Experience as a system engineer or site reliability engineer.
- Experience with a design team or maintenance team with a product life cycle.

Responsibilities
- Triage technical issues and assess the impact of technical escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks and resolve issues across a dynamic matrixed organization.
Vendor Management: Manage third party service providers to drive timely execution of initiatives including governance, budgets and milestones to ensure on-budget delivery. Implement KPIs across the program.
