Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience with managing implementations/engagements for IWMS (e.g. Tririga, SAP, Peoplesoft, Manhattan, Archibus, FM Systems)
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Experience as a system engineer or site reliability engineer.
  • Experience with a design team or maintenance team with a product life cycle.

You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Triage technical issues and assess the impact of technical escalations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks and resolve issues across a dynamic matrixed organization.

  • Vendor Management: Manage third party service providers to drive timely execution of initiatives including governance, budgets and milestones to ensure on-budget delivery. Implement KPIs across the program.
