Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a consumer or wearable electronics system design technical environment.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Architecture, Power/Battery, low/high speed interface (MIPI, SPI, I2C, DDR, USB, I2S/PDM), Analog engineering, Connectivity.
- Experience in leading small teams or mentoring engineers for JDM/ODM models.
- Familiarity with wearable design and critical components such as GNSS/Display/Sensor/System in Package (SiP), debugging, power/battery life profiling, validation and implementation.

As a System Electrical Engineer or System Engineering lead, you will not only be an electrical design expert but also bare the responsibility for the product's success, from conception to mass production.
You would be accountable for concept proposals, reviewing product definition and then developing the Engineering Requirement Specification (ERS), which would establish the product's business success criteria and performance standards while maintaining high-quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities
- Lead, resolve, and mediate conflicts, risks, priorities, and trade-offs, helping the core team coordinate next steps, build consensus, and land in solution space.
- Lead new design concept features through exploration, prototyping, and implementation to mass production.
- Partner with Product Design (PD)/Engineering Program Manager (EPM)/cross-functional leads to assess the technical feasibility of the system integration and program schedule.
- Communicate technically across system level issues.
