Minimum qualifications:

- Experience with executive-level engagement as a business, operational, and thought partner.
- Ability to lead complex operational and tactical initiatives, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and ramp-up on new issues statements and opportunities.
- Excellent team player with the ability to successfully execute cross-functionally.
- Excellent networking and influencing skills, with the ability to work across various functions.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and create simple, compelling narratives for different audiences.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Work with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive tactical initiatives.
- Define project scope, key focus areas, analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment, and consensus to deliver business impact.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment, and enable decision making.
- Communicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of topics across functional teams.
