Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience with management of developing, selecting, attracting, retaining, and motivating leaders and team members.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for an organization.

    The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's evolving Ads business runs smoothly. The team works in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against strategy.

    gTech Ads is responsible for all support, media, and technical services for customers across the entire Ad products stack. The team helps customers get the most out of the Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help.

    In this role, you will provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts, implementing ad campaigns, providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs, providing technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for customers. You will lead a team that develops solutions to ambiguous business problems and opportunities. You will be at the forefront of building and driving these solutions while managing senior stakeholder relationships and navigating decision making and trade-offs between business priorities and resources.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Lead a team working on strategic initiatives and assume ownership for deliverables and managing project team
    • Translate strategic priorities into specific initiatives that will simplify decision making and improve customer experience.
    • Scope and Manage key initiatives by influencing and aligning stakeholders, define deliverables, track success metrics and issues, and provide focused updates to senior management.
    • Lead cross-functional strategy projects from design to execution in partnership with multiple teams across the Global Business Organization.
