Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of people management experience.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 2 years of experience generating insights from analysis on large data sets to drive business decisions.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for a complex organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead efforts on sophisticated business analyses and advanced modeling and translate data into actionable insights.
- Organize and facilitate core business planning, operating cadences, and leadership engagement to achieve organizational outcomes.
- Determine comprehensive sales, product or business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth.
- Lead comprehensive research and analysis on market trends, customer behaviors and competitive positions to identify opportunities to scale operations and drive maximum value for the business.
- Deliver polished presentations with data-driven insights and a strategic narrative to influence executives to adopt recommended strategies. Determine actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders and lead successful implementation of large and complex change initiatives.
