Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience supporting executive stakeholders.
- MBA degree.
- Expertise in program management with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining exceptional attention to details.
- Ability to partner effectively on cross-functional projects or teams.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams of all levels including executive audiences, and building trusted relationships.
- Excellent business judgment, problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify, frame and articulate the "big picture" to executive audiences.

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to the President, in close partnership with Agency Go To Market (AGTM) leadership. You will help getting things done across organizational and functional lines and partner closely with executive leadership in developing strategy, organizational structure and cadence, analytics and framework, to operate effectively at increasing scale and elaboration. You will lead in disentangling cross-team dependencies to build consensus and quickly deliver outcomes that are consistent with the organization's operating principles and business objectives. You will provide critical leverage to the executive partner and the organization at large.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Understand how the organization functions and the direction of the organizationthat benefits Google and aligns with Objectives and Key Results(OKRs).
- Run Office of the President operations, in partnership with Communications, Execitive Business Partner (EBP) and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership.
- Establish and run effective operating processes and tools that focus the Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) organization, prioritize topics that drive growth, customer and people success, enable quick and effective decision forums.
- Develop relationships across Americas Management Group (AMG) and help drive AMG alignment/agreement on key decisions in order to make the organization/leader as effective as possible. Identify key areas of focus, contextualize proposals, and engage the group on the journey.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including POps, Marketing, Communications, Strategy and Operations, Sales and more, to drive a holistic strategy.
