Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience working with sales or partnerships service model design, strategy, and operations.
  • 6 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL).
  • 6 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity/venture capital, corporate strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.
  • Experience working in sales or partnerships GTM or operations.
  • Experience with execution, multi-tasking, and leading ambiguous strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Experience using SQL and working with data sets to deliver insights and recommendations.

    As a Strategy and Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement throughout the business. You will focus on driving productivity and helping partnerships teams drive adoption of products and priorities across segments.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Design, pilot, and deploy GTM strategy including role design, service models, workflow design, incentives, partner segmentation, strategic partner manager tools/resources, and go-to-market motions
    • Own GTM model design through ongoing evaluation, analysis and partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market innovations.
    • Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to help design, launch, and manage annual roadmaps and ideas.
    • Drive project management and change management to launch and land innovative initiatives with partner teams.
    • Identify tools, processes, and automation that improve partner manager processes, and develop plans to implement changes that help the business deliver on key results.
