Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, or similar technical fields.
  • Experience with structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Experience implementing strategic initiatives in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.

    As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be part of a team providing project leadership to solve strategic questions in the gTech organization. In this role, you will develop solutions to ambiguous business problems and opportunities.

    You will work in partnership with gTech teams and Strategy and Operations colleagues across the regions. You will be working with key partners across gTech to lead and support a mix of strategic and operational projects. You will also support the development of plans and recommendations for global and regional projects.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting the leadership on key strategic initiative.
    • Solve problems with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses to drive projects and initiatives forward.
    • Manage strategic initiatives across multiple gTech teams and engage stakeholders when needed (e.g., projects that cross-Product, Sales, Marketing, and Policy).
    • Launch and land organizational change management plans for transformational initiatives.
