Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- MBA degree.
- Experience in business judgment, along with a inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions.
- Experience in service operations and internet or online media.
- Experience in managing projects with cross-functional teams.

As a Strategy and operations lead for gTech Ads Google Cloud service (GCS), you will support strategy development and operations of gTech Ads services with a focus on GCS advertisers, sellers, and stakeholders. You will have exposure and visibility to executives and present findings, proposals, and progress of the projects. You will also serve as a trusted advisor by leaders across the organization.
In this role, you will help our customers get the most out of our Ad and published products and guide them when they need help. You will provide a range of services from enabling in-product support to delivering better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, providing media solutions for customer's business and marketing needs, and providing technical and measurement solutions consultative support for our large customers.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define projects and partner with cross-functional teams to manage projects and run operations.
