Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- MBA.
- Experience with spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Experience with strategic consulting, sales support, and market research.
- Experience building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, and navigating and influencing within a business environment.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with deadlines, with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients, and understand how the range of product offerings can grow their business.
As Strategy and Operations Lead, you will partner with specialist/partner leaders and will lead sector and regional projects to drive strategy and improve the operations of the Large Customer Sales organization and the specialist/partner teams.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market sales strategy and execution across video and platforms/display products.
- Drive annual and quarterly planning for these teams, including quarterly updates to leadership.
- Drive operational logistics for partner teams, including resource allocation, engagement models, joining/driving management meetings, setting KPIs and measuring progress.
- Engage in cross-sector and product prioritization alignment conversations to drive consistency in engagement models.
- Ensure global/regional initiatives are rolled out within the sector.
