Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in structuring and executing analyses and programs in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Experience in resolving ambiguous situations with clear insights and recommendations.

    gTech's Strategy and Operations team (gSO) is made up of strategic partners and trusted advisors that drive success and transformative changes for gTech. The team creates value through functional and business knowledge to formulate and deliver strategies. gTech also powers Google products by delivering operations and technical services like data ingestion, digitization, and localization, and uses product and industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions for customers.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Drive strategic initiatives for gTech to drive step-change business impact, while acting as a strategic partner to gTech and gSO leadership.
    • Solve problems which have multiple potential solutions, and identify potential roadblocks and operational inefficiencies.
    • Manage ambiguous situations with clear insights and recommendations.
    • Develop cross-functional relationships and Influence across teams to align resources and direction.
    • Act as a subject matter expert with a thorough understanding of the domain.
