Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in structuring and executing analyses and programs in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Experience in resolving ambiguous situations with clear insights and recommendations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives for gTech to drive step-change business impact, while acting as a strategic partner to gTech and gSO leadership.
- Solve problems which have multiple potential solutions, and identify potential roadblocks and operational inefficiencies.
- Manage ambiguous situations with clear insights and recommendations.
- Develop cross-functional relationships and Influence across teams to align resources and direction.
- Act as a subject matter expert with a thorough understanding of the domain.
