Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- MBA or other advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies to deliver business results.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem solving skills (e.g., expert in, Google spreadsheets, SQL).
- Excellent business judgement, leadership skills and ability to communicate with and influence executives and other stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the holistic Assessment strategy and infrastructure for Product and Skills Based Learning.
- Create and align on overall assessment roadmaps and project plans.
- Help to clearly define and articulate how Masterywill use assessment data in 2025 and beyond.
- Partner with cross-functional Mastery stakeholders and leaders to develop a Point of View (POV) on short and long term goals, assessment approach, measurement strategy and reporting.
