Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Master's degree or PhD.
- Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate the complex and fragmented payment landscape in the market and identify opportunities to increase Google Play spend and payment adoption.
- Discuss and secure commercial agreements and develop a co-marketing program with local partners.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies with various payment partners to increase Google Play transactions.
- Manage both integrator and retailer relationships to grow the gift card business.
- Analyze data across user spend, FOP, product, promotion type, and other variables to optimize performance.
