Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, finance, strategy or business/product operations.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to converse with Japanese clients.
- Experience with broadcasting networks, creators, and media service platforms.
- Experience in project management, including ability to work on multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Understanding of the online business as well as the media industry.
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues.

Responsibilities
- Manage creators and companies.
- Help partners achieve their goals by providing consultative support. This covers various topics: content strategy, branding and biz skills, business generation, YouTube product features, etc.
- Be able to strategize your communication with partners, engaging them effectively. Leverage different forms of communication for scaled workshops to maximize the impact.
- Pitch and support adoption of product features that are YouTube organization's priority, and serve towards partner's channel growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partner support, Engineering, Marketing, Product, PR, etc.
