Strategic Partner Manager, YouTube, Early Careers (Spanish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in video, media and entertainment industry.
  • Experience as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators.
  • Experience in an external facing customer interaction role within customer support, business and relationship development.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently in order to interact and manage and client relationships in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in managing customer relationships, ideally with digital personalities and influencers.
  • Knowledge of and passion for the YouTube creator ecosystem.

You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop growth strategies for a portfolio of YouTube creators, focusing on audience development, content optimization, and maximizing business generationopportunities.
    • Analyze channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations, leveraging YouTube Analytics effectively.
    • Foster strong relationships with creators, maintaining open communication to understand their goals and challenges.
    • Guide creators on best practices for YouTube business generation, including Ad business and alternative business generationproducts (channel memberships, super chat/stickers, shopping, etc).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops, webinars, and resources that address creator needs.
