Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in client management and business or a related role.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to partner with local clients and region partners.

  • Knowledge of the mobile or gaming industry.
  • Ability to learn new things with growth mindset.
  • Ability to engage and communicate with publishers and organizations.
  • Ability to work in a changing industry, and manage an evolving product set and client needs.

The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) uses our portfolio of product solutions, including AdSense and Google Marketing Platform tools, to help online publishers grow their businesses. You'll provide creative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for publishers and developers and identify new opportunities. Some of the largest publishers on the web rely on our products and we're always trying to exceed their expectations and strengthen our long-term partner relationships. We help grow Google's business with the largest online publishers and provide account management for users of AdSense, Google Ad Manager and more.

Sellside Monetization team is to fund the world's information by enabling digital platforms, properties and content creators by enriching an open and healthy digital ecosystem for all and developing trusted products and partnerships using our reach, unique insights, and people.

The Sellside Greater China team is responsible for growing Google's business with publishers large and small in web, apps and video in the local market with solutions including AdSense, AdMob, Ad Manager and many other Google products.Google's Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users' needs, advance our partners' goals, and further Google's mission. Our team provides meaningful solutions - from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a set of growing publishers in Greater China, build and strengthen a trusted advisor relationship with middle and C-level executives.
  • Deliver business growth quota, increase product adoption depth and breadth, hitting pipeline goals and partner satisfaction.
  • Analyze data, industry trends and account performance to activate and optimize publisher total yield.
  • Work cross-functionally with product team and Trust and Saftery to improve Sellside product efficiency.
