Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with App Developers, Publishers, Advertisers, Agencies or clients.
- Experience with online advertising or ad business generation solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdMob) and knowledge of programmatic advertising space.
- Experience with investigative tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) and automated tools (e.g., spreadsheets, pivot tables, software, databases, etc.).
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives.
- Experience managing sales pipeline and having vertical expertise in Mobile Gaming, Life-style and Utility Apps.
- Ability to structure, analyze and solve complex business issues, be detail-oriented and to deliver impact against concrete business goals.
- Ability to communicate in an additional APAC language fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will drive tactical partnerships with key app developers across South East Asia (SEAS) with a clear focus on Pakistan.
You will enable these partners to significantly grow the business using our industry-leading business solutions with AdMob at the core. You will focus on mobile app developers in the fluid environment of Pakistan.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand valuable business partnerships with app developers, identifying and maximizing business generationopportunities within the Pakistani Apps community.
- Develop new business pipeline through direct engagement and scalable strategies, focusing on verticals like Gaming and Utility Apps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and ensure seamless handovers with Account Management.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to identify business and product opportunities, contributing to Google's platform and business growth.
- Provide innovative, industry-leading business generation and platform solutions and identify new opportunities to help partners achieve the business objectives.
