Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and across all levels of management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product teams to launch partner integrations or go-to-market strategies.
- Experience in partner management or business development in online advertising, data on-boarding or ad-tech industry including handling sensitive partnerships in policy contexts.
- Experience identifying partners, analyzing and structuring agreements.
- Experience operating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc) to drive successful partnerships or projects.
- Ability to balance competing tasks and manage time-sensitive projects/agreements in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment with strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record of success in negotiation and execution.

The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of Google advertising products and strategy, in particular Privacy Centric Measurement products such as enhanced conversions.
- Negotiate, launch and implement new data partnerships that are set up for continued success through interaction with critical cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., onboarding, activation).
- Manage and optimize ongoing partnership execution and maintain operational excellence (e.g., establishing success metrics and enabling partners to achieve them, enforcing service level agreements, tracking and processing payments, and reporting on key metrics).
- Escalate operational issues and present recommendations to the management team.
- Drive strategic partnership growth plans, keep all stakeholders informed on key developments, and bring new opportunities to the partnership.
