Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience using or building Marketing Mix Models (MMM), Sales Lift, Brand Lift, or Multi-Touch Attribution products.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Experience working with a Product Management team to create and execute a complementary Partnership Strategy.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you'll work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Global Product Strategy, Marketing and Legal teams to develop strategy, identify partners, create strategic Partnerships, and sign foundational Agreements in support of new product initiatives. You will participate in cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership, and lead key discussions with our partners.
Google's Global Ads Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business and Google's. The team manages relationships with key industry-leading measurement providers, consultancies and agencies, and leads partnership efforts to co-develop measurement products for Google's Ads. In this role, you will support a suite of products that include Marketing Mix Models (MMM), Sales Lift, Brand Lift, Multi-Touch Attribution, and infrastructure partners.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Google advertising products and strategy.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive Ads related product partnerships (e.g., data licensing, technical integration, distribution and technology licensing deals) from concept to launch.
- Implement new and renew existing partnerships.
- Create and support infrastructure, reporting and strategic relationship management for scaled partnership programs.
- Maintain executive relationships and look for growth opportunities with key strategic partners.
