Staff Technical Solutions Consultant, Data and Analytics

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
  • 5 years of experience in designing and implementing data/analytics solutions based on cloud architectures and technologies.
  • 3 years of experience writing code in Python and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or in a related technical field.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouse development and data engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data and analytics design principles, and best practices and how to apply them in distributed cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of advanced data modeling techniques for relational and no-SQL cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of developing data pipeline and ingestion techniques using cloud and open source platforms.

In this role, you will be focused on delivering the latest innovations with enterprise focused solutions and Artificial Intelligence (AI) accelerators into the market. These solutions are currently offered and commercially available today. You will design, build, and extend data, analytics, and AI accelerator solutions for the enterprise business with Google Cloud.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$257,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, solution managers, data and analytics product developers, cross-functional stakeholders and partners to understand requirements, and provide creative data and analytics solutions.
  • Develop and enhance data and analytics solutions and accelerators based on learnings from customer and partner engagements.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the data and analytics design and framework by which new enterprise data solutions will be developed or extended.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in enterprise data domains (ERP/CRM) such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or other equivalent, or Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sustainability, or Marketing domains.
