Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience in Kubernetes.
- Experience working with Kubernetes and public cloud infrastructure (GCP).
- Experience contributing to open source projects or working with an open source community.
- Knowledge of building large systems.
- Ability to navigate open-ended technical challenges, and make proper trade-offs.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and project direction to a team of SWEs, inspiring innovation and the development of advanced capabilities for GDC-Connected.
- Advocate for engineering, operational and project execution excellence, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through technical mentorship and coaching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and program management to deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.
- Establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders to define a long-term product vision and technology roadmap.
