Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Experience architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the multi-year serverless container platform strategy and consolidating GAE feature development and operations in India under a single organization. You will also lead the ideas and implementation of GAE stack convergence, modernization, and long-term sustenance.

Responsibilities
- Lead the idea and execution for GAE, starting with internal influence and leadership across Serverless partner organizations.
- Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to develop and execute a shared stack modernization and long-term sustenance ideas for GAE.
- Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to GAE and Serverless cross-team initiatives.
- Provide operational support with minimal supervision for production incidents.
- Improve the operational health by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing systematic improvements.
