Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
- 8 years of experience in building high quality software, developer tooling and infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience as tech lead in a diverse team.
- Experience working on scalable applications.
- Experience working with: Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, architecting large software systems.

Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance developer productivity tools and infrastructure that cater to the diverse and growing needs of our developers.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of skilled engineers, mentor and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with other senior leads and managers to define the vision and roadmap for the application integrations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop strategies, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the performance and security of the platform.
- Provide technical expertise during critical incidents and complex problem-solving efforts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
