Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience in testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience as PostgreSQL open-source contributor with the contributions to core performance and scalability.
- Ability to optimize PostgreSQL performance and resolve database issues with contributing to product improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to participate in PostgreSQL Developer Meetings, with the knowledge of roadmaps and community decisions.
