Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with either extended workforce or supplier agreements/vendor management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 3 years of experience in organizational change and implementation of vendor services and capabilities.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with thought leadership in managing projects with business operations across international markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to take complex, topics and create engaging narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent problem solving skills to extract insights from unstructured datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a partner and trusted advisor to the Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) organization's executive leadership, helping to land, rethink, and shape the future of xWS.
  • Help design solutions that enable our partners/Product Areas to succeed in their business objectives by optimizing operational costs cross-Alphabet, identify efficiencies and help to mitigate risk and compliance across Alphabet.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational costs across Google via building functional relationships with Product Areas and Vendor Management Organizations (VMOs) to influence Extended Workforce Solutions (xWF) specific cost, category, and supplier management strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather data and conduct business analyses with effective project communication and management.
  • Identify and engage cross-Alphabet Product Area stakeholders on extended workforce solutions and gain their buy-in to utilize the services being designed.
