Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).- 3 years of experience managing people or teams, leading projects, and designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for upholding the customer-centric Service Level Objectives (SLOs), which cover the user journeys across the whole stack.
- Lead a team that's responsible for root cause analysis of product failures, and prioritize those fixes with other parts of the team. Be in charge of the overall production health and scalability of the stack in the long-term.
- Manage a team of engineers.
- Work closely with peers on tactical and strategic direction of the Rollouts product.
- Engage with customers and help them to adopt our products as they become an existing standard for Google production management.
