Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience leading a team to build and scale distributed systems, in a cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, performance optimization, and GenAI concepts.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
