Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development, including data structures/algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience in technical leadership, people management, supervision, or team leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building camera stack on Operating System (OS) or framework level.
  • Experience in development of Android OS.
  • Experience in Android app development.
  • Knowledge of camera technologies (e.g., 3A).

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally. Chrome OS delivers quality computing at scale to provide universal and unfettered access to information, entertainment, and tools. Responsibilities

  • Optimize the built-in camera app to provide a smooth user experience on Android Desktop.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product Manager, User Experience (UX) Designer, Technical Program Manager, etc.) to do team planning and decision making.
  • Drive the feature scoping and design for better camera applications experience.
  • Grow and guide the team to deliver best camera applications on ChromeOS/Android Desktop.
