Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience designing, developing, testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
  • 3 years of experience with software development in C++, and with data structures and algorithms.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or in a related technical field (with an emphasis on compiler, or ML performance).
  • Experience with domain-specific compilers for ML.
  • Experience with low-level and low intrusiveness developer tooling concepts such as profiling, instrumentation, Application programming interface (API) tracing, and hardware tracing.
  • Experience in power and performance optimizations.

Responsibilities

  • Build tools that compliments compiler to efficiently map Machine Learning (ML) models (with a particular focus on always-on computing use cases) to the hardwareInformation Security Assurance(ISA).
  • Collaborate with ML researchers, applied ML and compiler teams to constantly improve the domain-specific toolings.
  • Design and implement tools that can correlate performance data at a ML graph level, or logical hardware level.
  • Help users on how to use the tools to analyze, debug and improve latency, accuracy, and power through codelabs, documentation, and tutorials.
