Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
- Partner with peers to design solutions for ambiguous problems to improve the client and server backends. This includes working on our parsing logic to understand the structure of web forms, our classifications algorithms that generate type predictions from noisy crowd-sourced signals, solving.
- Design and implement new Autofill features for Chrome on various operating systems, primarily working with C++ code.
- Enhance form detection and server-side classification algorithms to improve Chrome's ability to accurately detect web form fields and process form data reliably.
- Collaborate on OS-level integrations and UI enhancements for Chrome Autofill, involving languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript (Desktop settings), Java (Android), and Objective-C++ (iOS).
