Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.

    Software Engineers on the Engagements team play a pivotal role in shaping how we bridge AI expertise from research to the product team. This involves working on high-priority well-defined projects and products with a clear path to launch and ensuring successful deployment of AI technologies within them. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across many products and deliver AI-powered experiences to the world.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $161,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Design and implement solutions in one or more specialized ML areas, leverage ML infrastructure, and demonstrate expertise in a chosen field.
    • Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models, ensuring their robustness, scalability, and successful integration into production systems.
    • Work closely with team based in other countries, leveraging their Machine Learning expertise to maximize project efficiency and impact.
    • Identify common needs across multiple engagements and build shared infrastructure and models which will serve as a common toolset and blueprints to deliver the next engagements faster.
    • Transfer valuable AI knowledge and expertise to the product teams you engage with, empowering them for future AI-driven initiatives.
