Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience with SQL, databases, and automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
Preferred qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of client-facing experience finding compelling insights and building narratives.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and clients, and knowledge of traditional as well as digital marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Knowledge of video advertising space, YouTube, and Google Search product capabilities, with experience in video attribution tools and MMMs.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide support on client strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Define and refine values for measuring outcomes that matter and partner with Data Transformation Leads (DTLs) to activate them in media via data signals.
  • Leverage measurement methods and analysis to produce business-focused insights and help customers understand the value of media.
  • Test via experimentation and learning agendas, share learnings across sectors, and implement best practices with cross-functional partners.
  • Define a cross-media measurement standard that supports an accurate and fair measurement of performance for a customer's business.
