Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working in performance agency marketplace and working with Search/Performance Agencies/Performance Media Groups within Media Agencies.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google marketing products or Google measurement capabilities including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Strong strategic, tactical and systems thinking skills, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Senior Agency Sales Lead, you are the primary contact for the agency and responsible for coordinating efforts across Google teams to drive business, Google and YouTube product adoption, and business transformation through the use of our AI tools. You will work with our amazing cross-functional Publicis team to ensure that we are driving a One Google approach for the agency.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000-$228,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop C-level relationships at Publicis and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize their advertising investment with Google with a deep focus on performance media strategy.
  • Partner with specialist and technical teams to drive business and data transformation at Publicis, including building media buying and planning capabilities and business opportunities.
  • Build and foster long-term C-Level relationships with decision makers to be able to build and carry out long-term digital strategies and optimize their advertising investments. Partner with LCS teams on the opportunity and work together to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Develop and manage strategy for Joint Business Plans across various Google products, services and channels, working in partnership with multiple Google sales teams.
