Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management, Agile Project Management, Product Life-cycle Management, Network Architecture, Network Design.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of supervisory experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that drive impact at scale.
- Experience with project and program management, as well as in Network or software engineering.
- Experience with one or more of the following: network data, control and management plane software design, or global network deployments.
- Experience with changing specifications or standards, with the ability to work with ambiguity.

Responsibilities
- Establish the idea and drive execution for the team, encompassing cross-functional projects across the Global Networking Technology team.
- Support partnerships with leadership, engineering, and product managers to ensure initiatives align with overall engineering and product priorities.
- Inspire and lead a team of technical program managers who embrace ownership, support collaboration and alignment across software engineering, network engineering, and partner organizations.
- Introduce tooling efficiencies and provide comprehensive support to teams, enabling them to execute projects.
