Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with system design, software, tools and operations.
- Experience in change management.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Strong problem-solving, discussion, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to engage with director-level, and executives, with proven experience in executive-level communication.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with key engineering leads/stakeholders by evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance /standards.
- Oversee and drive a portfolio of tracks/areas to drive readiness with a direct and measurable progress on adoption readiness.
- Partner with engineering leads and cross-functional teams to ensure that organization-wide goals set and reflect top-level strategy as well as ensure projects are effectively prioritized, resourced, and managed.
- Engage with engineering leads, product leaders and other technical program managements groups, to drive roadmap and customer adoption.
- Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis, drive strategic decisions throughout all organizations and levels.
