Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in content policy, anti-abuse and reviewing online content.
- 3 years of experience influencing and managing multiple stakeholders.
- 3 years of experience working with business analytics or data analysis.
- Experience in SQL, Python, or R.
- Master's degree or PhD.
- Experience using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Experience working on product policy analysis and identifying policy risks.
- Experience in working with abuse, spam, fraud or malware.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional, multi- quarter, visibility trust projects. Analyze and debug escalations and identify trends that can indicate bigger product risks.
- Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, challenge proposals and identify risks. Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to complexity, manage cross-functional teams with limited guidance and own solutions for areas within your scope.
- Collaborate with other teams and Perform data analysis that helps identify and fight abuse across our products.
- Drive usage and adoption of AI efforts for effective abuse by identifying opportunities to reduce, catch abuse or improve quality of decision making.
- Review sensitive content and perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis, including weekend coverage as needed.
