Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience working with data pipelines, statistics or in a similar field.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities
- Build critical tools and workflows for commerce platforms that help Google's Paid Product teams understand their businesses, evaluate experiments, and inform critical decisions.
- Lead key projects that allow YouTube's Paid Products team including YouTube Premium, Music, TV, Channel Memberships and more to understand and improve their businesses.
- Grow YouTube's ecosystem, using judgment and skills to help products bring in new business, and diversify YouTube's business.
- IncreasePaid Product teams business at a rapid pace, and the variety of offerings and options for users.
