Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with performance, systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in developing hyperscale, server platform design, firmware development or system architecture.
- Experience with Basic Input/Output System (BIOS), Kernel, Firmware quality test.

Responsibilities
- Guide the design, development, and implementation of Cloud Server Program, overseeing the project from conception to launch.
- Be knowledgeable about firmware design, kernel development, and server system integration, with the ability to influence the ecosystem.
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Guide design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select among available technologies.
