Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Software-Defined Networking, Google Cloud, Cloud Networking, and TCP/IP.
  
• Experience with multicast, telemetry, SmartNICs, and high performance data path designs and implementations.
  
• Experience with C++, Software Architecture, Distributed Systems, Software Engineering, Networking Protocols, Network Virtualization.

• Design and implement the data path engine a core component running within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Unlock seamless multi-cast traffic distribution within the cloud, breaking down existing boundaries.
• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers in the team locally.
