Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience with Machine Learning/Artificial intelligence (ML/AI) algorithms and tools or natural language processing.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining or launching software products.
- 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with ML models, ML frameworks (e.g., Tensorflow, JAX), ML Operations and Large Language Model (LLMs).
- Experience working on Natural Language Processing projects.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines for processing and generation of training and evaluation data.
- Leverage Large Language Model (LLMs) to produce quality data in order to assess and improve Google Assistant's conversational capabilities.
- Use data motivated insights to propose, design and implement new methods for improving data and quality.
- Participate in, or guide design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select among available technologies.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure quality (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency)
