Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 8 years of experience in software development with technical leadership or project management leadership.
- Experience with backend services, API design, batch systems, unit testing, and integration testing using Java or C++.
- Experience with methodologies such as Scrum and continuous delivery.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to learn and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
