Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineer.
- Experience the Process Management, Demand Planning, and Product Quality Control.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CPM, CPIM).
- 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with global sourcing and managing complex supply chains and experience with data analysis tools and techniques to drive capacity needs.
- Experience with SAP transaction model and B2B implementation.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms. Track orders to ensure on-time delivery and address any delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers, resolving issues related to orders, quality, or delivery. Monitor supplier performance and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels of assigned commodities to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. Coordinate with planning and production teams to adjust purchasing activities based on demand fluctuations.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, track spending patterns, and measure supplier performance. Prepare regular reports for management on key procurement metrics.
- Monitor the trend of the demand to identify the true requirement. Collaborate with the suppliers to offer adequate expedite quotas to manage the balance of the demand and supply appropriately.
