Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience managing display and video campaigns via a demand-side platform (DSP) or promoting programmatic solutions.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, and video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV), with knowledge of market landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Experience with programmatic solutions, Display and Video 360, or similar.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a growth driver and change agent - driving Google's Programmatic Technology growth with Media and Entertainment and Government and Advocacy clients (both West and East coast) and their agency teams.
  • Optimize potential business growth while attaining quarterly and annual goals.
  • Deliver accurate business projections (based on data and relationships) to ensure effective account and programmatic media planning on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Use and grow knowledge of online media and technology combined with communication skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver new and existing Google Marketing Platforms business within the Agency and End Client.
  • Use relationship-building skills to provide client service, research and market analysis.
