In this role, you will create capabilities and services across all regions and products to enable Google Cloud Marketers (GCM) to execute their work, drive more impact, and make impactful decisions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Identify highest value use cases and and design, build and lead execution of associated business transformation projects based on the type of change required, costs, and returns (business impact or efficiency.
  • Advocate for the customer from a marketing user POV, both sourcing internal Google Marketing as well as external best practices sourced from the most advanced tech marketing teams.
  • Develop a prioritization framework, recommendations, and an executive decision-making process for investment in associated product strategy, roadmap development and AI-centric marketing transformation projects through pilot and global scale (including enablement).
  • Ensure the success of transformation projects by aligning OKRs, managing dependencies, securing commitments, and allocating resources across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify areas within Cloud Marketing where AI can be the catalyst to accelerate modern marketing transformation, growth and productivity.
