Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization and 2 years of experience leading design projects

In this role, you will be partnering with researchers across Alphabet teams across Platforms and Devices (P&D) to develop and enhance key emerging AI capabilities critical to P&D products, design and experiment with new applications and step-change user experiences in partnership with teams across P&D, and help launch novel experiences and capabilities in production.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop groundbreaking applications of Large Language Model (LLM) technology through intuitive interface designs.
- Contribute and advocate for UX product strategy, design standards, and a consistent design language across Google.
- Foster a user-centric design culture, values, and principles within the group and across the broader organization to elevate the overall craft.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to grasp requirements and deliver creative and thoughtful solutions.
- Deliver high-quality design solutions that account for organizational and technical constraints.
